Aceto Tradizionale di Reggio Emilia PDO Aragosta, the youngest version of the traditional line, aged for at least 12 years in barrels made from fine woods. It is characterised by a more lively structure than the more aged versions, with a fresh aromatic profile and a good acidic component.

The colour is amber with lobster-toned reflections, while notes of cooked must and wood emerge on the nose. On the palate it is balanced, with a light acidity that makes it suitable for more dynamic use in the kitchen.

This vinegar is produced directly by Pianderna, inside our century-old barrels, following the traditional ageing method.

Every stage is managed internally, from the care of the barrel sets through to the finished product.

Bottling and certification are carried out manually, as documented in our content, guaranteeing authenticity and direct control over each individual bottle.

Recommended for marinades, grilled vegetables, white meats and preparations requiring a more evident acidic component, while still maintaining complexity and consistency with the traditional product.
