Balsamic truffle dressing

Food condiment based on Aceto Balsamico di Modena PGI and natural truffle infusion. The formulation combines two distinctive raw materials of the Italian tradition, maintaining a structure consistent with balsamic vinegar and integrating an intense yet controlled aromatic component.

The product has a high density of 1.33, ensuring good consistency and adherence to preparations. It is matured for 6 months in oak barrels, a step that helps stabilise the taste profile and integrate the acetic notes with those of the truffle.

It is recommended for dishes where a defined aromatic component is required: eggs, risottos, fresh pasta, meats and simple preparations that allow the condiment to be clearly perceived.

The composition is essential: a 100% natural product, free from thickeners, colourings and preservatives. Suitable for different dietary needs, it is vegan friendly and gluten free.
