High-density Aceto Balsamico di Modena PGI, obtained through careful processing in accordance with the parameters of the Consortium. The product has a density of 1.34, the maximum value allowed for PGI certification (above this threshold, the product falls within the PDO category).
It is aged for 6 months in oak barrels, a step that helps develop a balanced structure and good aromatic persistence, while preserving freshness and versatility of use.
The composition is clear and transparent: 85% grape must and 15% wine vinegar. It contains no preservatives, colourings or thickeners. It is a 100% natural product, also suitable for specific dietary needs: vegan friendly and gluten free.
Thanks to its high density and balanced profile between sweetness and acidity, it is suitable for seasoning meats, aged cheeses, vegetables and fruit-based preparations, enhancing flavours precisely without covering them.
