White balsamic dressing

White balsamic condiment obtained through mechanical filtering of the dark pigment of Aceto di Modena PGI. This process preserves the typical aromatic characteristics, removes the colour component and makes the product visually clear, less dense and with a sweeter, lighter profile.

Its structure makes it particularly suitable for preparations where it is important not to alter the appearance of the dish: ideal for fish, fried foods, vegetables and salads, where it adds acidity and roundness without visually “staining” the preparations.

The composition is essential and controlled: a 100% natural product, free from preservatives, colourings and thickeners. Suitable for different dietary needs, it is vegan friendly and gluten free.
